2. Once the cup is placed on the skin, the orange valve should press firmly against the black silicone seal inside the cup to maintain airtight suction and prevent leaks.

Simple Cupping Application Steps

1. Pull upward to release the orange valve.

2. Attach the cup directly to the pump, or connect using the included extension tube.

3. Apply essential oil or lotion to the desired area.

4. Position the cup and press the pump 3–5 times to create suction.

5. Remove the pump head and leave the cup on the skin for 10–15 minutes.

6. Pull the orange valve up again to release pressure and remove the cup.
   Tip: Avoid touching the orange valve when removing the pump head to prevent air leakage.
