Delivery Information

. Please note that delays can occur during peak seasons or if your package is held for customs inspection. In special circumstances, delivery may take up to 3 additional business days.

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customs procedures, courier disruptions, or natural events.

Order Tracking

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an Order Acknowledgement Email confirming your purchase details.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your order number
  • The carrier’s information
  • The shipping date and time
  • The current order status
  • And the tracking number for your parcel

You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s official website approximately 24 hours after receiving the tracking link.

After your parcel reaches your country, your local postal service will handle the final delivery. You can continue tracking your package using the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website.

If your tracking shows a failed delivery attempt or an issue, please contact your local post office first for updates, they can provide real-time information that we may not have access to.

Please note: Tracking data remains active for 30 days. We may not be able to assist with delivery issues reported beyond this period.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and handling your order to prevent any damage during shipping.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing support@casynest.com, along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If possible, please report any visible damage (e.g., torn, soaked, or bent packages) directly to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt.

Address Changes

Entered the wrong address? Don’t worry, contact us as soon as possible at support@casynest.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll update the address for you. However, once the parcel has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made.

Important Notes

  • In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or global shipping isruptions), order processing and delivery may be delayed. Rest assured, your order will be shipped as soon as conditions
    allow.
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be re-shipped, but additional shipping charges will apply.

If you return an item for reasons unrelated to product quality, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
